可耐福保利*倒置式屋面系统


它包括倒鹅卵石碴屋面系统,屋面系统倒容易,倒置屋面/顶部托盘,倒停车棚/顶板种植屋面/顶部托盘系统。
泡沫塑料*倒置屋面是由防水层、绝缘层(如果需要),泡沫*屋顶板(架空铺设),过滤层(在现浇混凝土盖的使用不需要)和防护罩(镇流器)结构的基底层以上(包括找坡层、找平层)。

 

系统的特点:


-在防水层上涂上绝缘层,具有良好的绝缘效果,不需要设置气阻;
使用任何暴露或非暴露的防水材料,如叠层油毡屋面改性沥青防水卷材,涂料,聚氨酯防水涂料,EPDM防水卷材、PVC防水卷材。
-不受紫外线、温度变化或其他破坏因素的影响,防水层使用寿命长。
-充分利用低吸水率和抗冻融性泡沫塑料上的挤塑板,保持持久的和可靠的保温效果;
利用泡沫塑料*高强度挤塑板和建立灵活的屋顶;
高风荷载等级;
-最耐用的屋面系统

 

适用范围:


多功能钢筋混凝土结构屋顶,如地下室顶部托盘广场或停车场,可进入屋顶和种植屋顶。

Knauf Polyfoam*  Positive-mounted Roof Insulation System


Polyfoam* positive-mounted roof insulation system includes single-layer roll mechanically fastened roofing system, single-layer roll fire-proof mechanically fastened roofing system, roll fully-adhered roofing system, roll fire-proof fully-adhered roofing system and roll fire-proof fully-adhered roofing system.

 

Single-layer Roll Mechanically Fastened Roofing system

 

System Features:


- Simple and rapid construction, low comprehensive cost
- Completely compatible with dark Ethylene-Propylen-Diene Monomer (EPDM) waterproof roll, dark thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO/FPO) roll or non-backing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waterproof roll;
- White TPO/FPO roll or backing PVC roll does not need additional isolating layer, making the construction more convenient;
- Effectively improve the fire resistance rating of the roof and reduce the number of fasteners for insulation boards by replacing the non-woven isolating layer with gypsum boards or fiber cement boards for Knauf roof;

Particularly suitable for large-scale lightweight steel roof

Single-layer Roll Fire-proof Mechanically Fastened Roofing system


System Features:


- Simple and rapid construction
- Completely compatible with dark EPDM waterproof roll, dark thermoplastic TPO/FPO roll or non-backing PVC waterproof roll;
- Gypsum boards or fiber cement boards for Knauf roof on both sides of Polyfoam* boards can effectively improve the fire-proof grade of the roof, form the best fire-proof single-layer roll mechanically fastened roofing system and can completely replace rock wool boards.
- Compared with system without upper-layer gypsum boards, it can reduce the number of fasteners for insulation boards by half.

Particularly suitable for large-scale lightweight steel roof

Roll Fully-adhered Roofing system


System Features:


- Completely compatible with any single-layer waterproof rolls, such as EPDM, PVC and TPO/FPO, their supporting solvent base course cementing compound or hot-melt construction used modified bituminous waterproof rolls (SBS/APP)
- Compared with system without gypsum board or fiber cement board cover, it can reduce the number of mechanical fasteners for insulation boards by half;
- Bring convenience to construction and improve the roof fire resistance rating and puncture resistance by using gypsum board or fiber cement board veneered Polyfoam* extruded board for special Knauf roof;
- Fully-adhered system can improve the roof’s wind resistance rating.

 

Scope of Application:


Concrete or lightweight steel roof: concrete base does not need vapor barrier, and insulating boards can be adhered together.

System Features:


- The most reliable roofing system capable of providing the highest grating of fire and wind resistance
- Bring convenience to construction and prevent a separate isolating layer from being mounted beneath the waterproof layer by using gypsum board or fiber cement board veneered Polyfoam* extruded board for Knauf roof
- Completely compatible with any ordinary single-layer waterproof rolls, such as EPDM, PVC and TPO/FPO, their supporting solvent base course cementing compound, and modified bituminous waterproof rolls (SBS/APP) for cold-bonding or hot-melt construction
- Fully-adhered vapor barrier provides the best vapor-proof effect
- Point-adhered, strip-adhered or fully-adhered insulating layer reduces cold/thermal bridge phenomenon through metal fasteners.

Concrete or lightweight steel roof: concrete base does not need ground floor gypsum board or cement board.

- High wind resistance due to the adhesion of both insulation boards and rolls
- Bring convenience to construction and improve the roof fire resistance rating by using gypsum board or fiber cement board veneered Polyfoam* extruded board for Knauf roof
